High-brightness 200 W LED spot moving head with gobos and motorised focus – Evolite
The Evolite EVO Spot 200 is a professional LED spot moving head designed for DJ sets, concerts, clubs, shows, function rooms and event installations. Fitted with a 200 W white LED, it stands out for its high light output and precise beam, enabling sharp projections and striking lighting effects that are clearly visible both on stage and on the dance floor.
Thanks to its high-precision glass optical system, the EVO Spot 200 delivers a luminous intensity of up to 25,680 lux at 3 metres with a beam angle of 12.9°. Its 7, 500 K white LED provides a crisp, bright light, particularly well-suited to gobo projections and aerial effects. Its motorised focus, adjustable from 2.5 to 30 metres, allows the sharpness of the projections to be precisely adjusted directly from the control room.
The EVO Spot 200 features a colour wheel comprising 8 colours plus ‘open’, a wheel with 8 fixed gobos plus ‘open’, and a second wheel comprising 6 interchangeable rotating gobos plus ‘open’. The rotating gobos can be animated using various rotation, shake and movement effects, offering numerous possibilities for customising lighting shows.
Its rotating 3-facet prism, with variable speed and direction, allows the beam to be split to create wider and more spectacular aerial effects. When used in conjunction with a smoke machine or hazer, it significantly enhances the visibility of the beams. The moving head also features a linear dimmer ranging from 0 to 100 per cent, a high-speed shutter and a strobe capable of up to 25 flashes per second.
The PAN and TILT movements feature 8- or 16-bit resolution for smooth and precise movement. The PAN can be set to 360°, 540° or 630° to adapt the range of movement to the layout of the stage or event venue.
The Evolite EVO Spot 200 can be controlled via DMX512 on 12 or 15 channels. It also offers master-slave operation and 8 built-in automatic programmes, allowing you to quickly create animations without complex programming. A USB-A R-DMX port also allows you to connect a compatible Evolite wireless DMX receiver to simplify installation.
Designed for professional use, the moving head is equipped with a 2.4-inch TFT LCD screen, 3-pin XLR DMX input and output connectors, and powerCON In/Out power connectors for daisy-chaining multiple units. Two quick-release omega brackets with a quarter-turn lock and a safety attachment point make it easy to install on a truss, structure or suitable mounting bracket.
