What is an electric confetti cannon?
It's a 50 cm tube that projects rectangular white confetti from a range of 10 to 15 metres. The projection system is entirely electric and can be used with the Magic FX Power Shots that you'll find in our shop. The cannon is made up of two different parts: the upper part, where the confetti is loaded, and the lower part, which has a pressurised gas cartridge to project the confetti.
When should it be used?
White electric confetti cannons are an excellent way of celebrating different types of festive event, particularly weddings in the case of this model. White confetti is reminiscent of the colour of the bride's dress, so it's a good idea to use the cannon when throwing the bouquet, for example, to capture your most beautiful wedding photos. You can also combine them with confetti cannons in other colours to create an even more harmonious effect. Of course, this is just one idea among many, and the cannon can be used for many other events.
How do I use it?
This professional confetti cannon is designed to be used with an electrical machine capable of supplying the necessary voltage, such as the Magic FX Power Shots. The machine's electrical signal must remain switched off for the cannon to be placed. Insert the barrel into the dedicated slot at the desired angle. Then connect the barrel cable plug to the machine port. All that's left to do is remove the protective cover from the end of the cannon and press the launch button to shoot the confetti into the crowd.
Precautionary measures
This is a compressed-air confetti cannon , which means that it will not explode like a firework, for example. So it's not particularly dangerous, provided it's used with care. In fact, the power of the shot is strong enough to injure someone, so make sure you know the conditions of use.
First of all, make sure you hold the barrel the right way round before firing it, and never aim at a person or an animal. You should also be careful not to keep it within the reach of small children, and especially not to let them play with it. Finally, do not pierce the barrel, as it contains a pressurised gas reservoir, and do not store it near a source of heat.
