The 35cm letters inflate using air only, as they are not large enough to contain enough helium to allow them to fly.
Technical note for a helium-inflated garland:
> Take two giant 100cm round balloons in the colour of your choice.
> Inflate these two balloons with helium by securing them with balloon weights.
> Inflate the Baby Shower letter balloons with air (pump or mouth) and tie them together with ribbon.
> Spread the balloons the right distance apart to hang each side of the Baby Shower garland on the giant balloons.
